Job Description

The Line Cook position is responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes, and techniques of our new restaurant MC Bar & Grill

Requires a minimum of one-year previous line cook experience. A valid Food Safe certification is required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure consistency and compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards Learn and maintain knowledge of all menu items and specials Setup and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area including dish pit, fridges, and freezers Assist in start-of-shift and end-of-shift duties to open and close the restaurant Answer, report, and follow Culinary Leader and/or General Manager instructions
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.25 per hour
