Favoloso Catering is a fast-growing catering company known for exceptional service, beautiful presentations, and high-quality, delicious food. We work on a wide range of events--from weddings to corporate gatherings--and we're looking for a skilled, reliable Line Cook to join our team for the busy season.

Season Dates:

(NOVEMBER 1st- DECEMBER 25th, 2025)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to support our culinary team during our peak season. This is a seasonal full-time role with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time position next year for the right candidate. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen standards during events and production days.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Assist with loading/unloading and event setup when needed Follow all food safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or banquet/catering experience required Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working long shifts, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
