Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices, adhering to food handling regulations Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and collaborate effectively within the team Follow all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in cooking or food preparation roles Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking methods Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills Basic kitchen experience with familiarity in using kitchen tools and equipment A genuine interest in the food industry and a commitment to quality service
