We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality meals to our guests. Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and cooking instructions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Help with meal preparation for various menu items, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Participate in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
