Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team in several location. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with plating and garnishing dishes before serving Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service Stock and restock ingredients as needed, ensuring proper storage practices

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of food handling and sanitation standards Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction (nice-to-have) Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required Food industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
