We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring consistency and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and workstations Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service Adhere to all health regulations and sanitation standards set by the restaurant Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn and grow within the food industry

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
