We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals served. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning duties at the end of shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
