Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Line Cook. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, cooking, and serving, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the highest quality of food is served.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong skills in cooking and meal preparation with an understanding of various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
