We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen equipment and workstations Support the team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent food service

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering quality dishes to guests

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
