Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our customers. Experience in indian style cooking is prefer.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
- Washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
-Stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
Skills
- Experience in meal preparation and food handling preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team work skills
