Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning for service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment during and after shifts Support the kitchen team in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing storage areas Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Passion for the food industry with a commitment to quality meal preparation and customer satisfaction
