We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to restaurant recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and safety standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling and safety procedures Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring consistency and visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration Basic understanding of restaurant operations and meal preparation techniques Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
