We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Restock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients as needed
Support the overall operation of the kitchen by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred, especially in restaurant or kitchen settings
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests' needs

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
