Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring food presentation aligns with La Roca's reputation.
Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards
Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory, including ingredients and supplies.
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, and safety protocols.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible availability.
Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
