Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control
Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared safely in accordance with health regulations
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service
Keep a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Assist with inventory, prep work, and closing duties as needed
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
