We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and taste. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Pay: $17.20-$26.42 per hour
