Scaramouche is a Michelin recommended fine dining French influenced restaurant in mid-town Toronto. We are currently seeking a cook to work alongside a chef de partie. We are looking for someone who is organized, interested in food and detail oriented to assist in plating and preparation of main courses. Successful candidates will have been to culinary school and have at least one year in a professional kitchen. This is an ideal position for a recent culinary school graduate to gain skills, grow and develop as a cook. We offer a positive work environment and opportunity to move stations within the kitchen. We are open 6 days per week, dinner services only, closed on Sundays. Interviews take the form of a working interview also known as a stage. Please reply with possible dates for the interview.
