Overview We are seeking two skilled Line Cooks to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests, while collaborating on new menu items and kitchen operations. Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes - Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line - Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen - Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and equipment Skills - Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Knowledge of food safety principles and practices - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
