Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Duties



Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards. Assist in meal prep by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Ensure food safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Monitor inventory and assist with supply orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements



Previous experience as a Cook or similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. Familiarity with cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.
