What to expect in your role as a cook/batter fry station lead:
Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior.
Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
Clean and maintain equipment on daily basis
Consistently handle product preparation
Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts

REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences.
Be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
Be able to consistently lift or carry boxes (15lbs to 60lbs) for product preparation, stocking and inventory, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge.
Consistently stand during serving guests and working at the front or kitchen.
Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
Previous experience working in Popeyes is an asset.
