We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the food preparation process, ensuring that high-quality meals are consistently delivered to our guests. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and uphold food safety standards.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all stages of food handling.
Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality control.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
4yrs Previous experience in the food industry.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
