We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the standards of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is necessary
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
