To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently and timely and to ensure that it is served at appropriate temperature.
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
What we are looking for from you:
Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
Have an understanding of cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized and self-motivated
Ensure a well-stocked work station and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables and shelves
Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards
Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
