Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Follow proper food handling techniques to minimize waste and ensure quality.
Participate in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is necessary
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience with meal preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
