Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, specifically Ramen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced restaurant environment that aligns to the Ramen Isshin standard. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and Ramen Isshin standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Skills

Proficient in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking techniques. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. Previous experience in the restaurant or fast paced foood service industry is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
