Responsibilities:



Prepare your station for service (mis en place, stock checks). Cook and plate dishes efficiently and consistently in a high-energy, detail-oriented kitchen. Always manage high kitchen standards.

Requirements:



A passion for seafood and creating memorable dishes. 2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen. Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and food safety regulations. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills during peak service. FoodSafe Level I Certificate. A culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent training and experience.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
