Seeking line cooks for a very busy restaurant located in downtown Whitehorse. Duties include
- Preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes
- Maintaining inventory levels and records of food and supplies
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and work area
- Ensuring the standards and quality of food are met
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate (written and oral) in English
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure
