Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes
Cook food items efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and kitchen safety
Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred ; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and restaurant operations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings
Food industry or kitchen experience is highly desirable for this role
