We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with meal preparation and food handling in compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
