What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidates will strive in a seasonal and inspired menu approach. From tasting menus to ongoing evolution, Per'So'Na will be focused on modern evolved culinary practices with roots into classical technique
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the development and planning of menus
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation standards
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced refined dining kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
