Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare and cook to order our standard menu including Mexican and pub food, ensuring high quality and excellent presentation. Assist with recipe creation, experimenting with ingredients and flavours. Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts, keeping up with orders and ensuring quality. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cooking stations, prep areas, and storage spaces. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of both staff and guests. Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking supplies, and keeping kitchen inventory up-to-date. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas after shifts.

Qualifications

:

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of food quality and consistency. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (depending on restaurant hours). Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
