Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items on the flat top grill including teppanyaki dishes, protein components for poke bowls, udon toppings, and other hot?plate creations. Maintain food quality and presentation standards. Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized. Operate efficiently during peak periods--deliver speed without compromise. Collaborate with teammates (sushi prep, ramen stations, front-of-house) to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule:

Shifts fall between

8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (occasionally until 8:00 PM)

, depending on flight schedules and operational needs. Full-time or part time position; weekend and holiday availability preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Prior experience cooking on a flat top grill or teppanyaki-style station is preferred, especially in fast-casual or high-volume environments. Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining consistency.

Able to pass and maintain an airport security/background check as required by Transport Canada.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Must already be located in Calgary, AB (no relocation assistance provided).
