THE POSITION





CSEC is currently looking to hire for all hourly line cook positions to work with CSEC! This is a great opportunity to work for us during one of the most exciting times of the year! Perhaps you are looking for a foot in the door of our innovative culinary program here at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES




Execute daily food preparation tasks according to the established recipe and standards Keep all kitchen areas, tools, and equipment tidy and sanitized throughout the shift Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation. Adjust quickly to changing priorities, menu updates, or unexpected challenges while maintaining high performance and a positive attitude Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies; Other duties as required.



THE INDIVIDUAL





The ideal individual will have the following background:


Minimum of 2-3 years of culinary experience required Line cook positions are based on experience level Basic Food Safe certification or willingness to complete before start date



This position will remain open until suitable candidates are found.
