We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely service of food.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper food handling practices are followed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service periods.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
Skills
Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Experience in the food industry, preferably within a restaurant or food service environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
