Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with prep work and cleaning as required.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Maintain consistent portion sizes and plating standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year line cook or relevant kitchen experience preferred (willing to train the right person).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
