1. Prepare and cook pizza as per order
2. Prepare and cook other items on menu that including in stores menu
3. Schedule and supervise Kitchen Helpers, maintain ingredients inventory and report to the supervisor
4. Set up and oversee ingredient inventory
5. Research on local customers interest and develop new menu and seasonal meal accordingly
6. Ensure kitchen efficiency of operation and foods quality
Coordinate with supervisor, make sure the kitchen meet the hygiene standard
7. Responsible for the size of food portion
8. Keep the store clean and organized all the time
9. May need to train new kitchen staffs
