The Millcroft Inn & Spa located in Alton ON is looking for
Full-Time Line Cooks
, with experience in the industry to come be a part of our growing team.Position Summary:
An experienced cook with the desire to exceed and the passion to learn in the Food Industry.Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
Reports to manager that is attainable at the time
Preparations of menu items according to specifications and Guest requests.
Assist other team members as needed.
Maintain a clean work area.
Assists with quality control.
Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements:
One to Three years experience.
Good communication and listening skills.
Self-motivated.
Professional Requirements:
Basic knowledge of WHMIS and safe food handling.
- Professional Cooking certifications preferred
Professional work ethic.
Excellent knife skills.
