About the Role



We're seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the

Lincoln Concierge

position. This unique role combines front-line guest service with premium Lincoln client care. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage dealership communications, and ensure Lincoln clients receive an effortless, personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Duties:



Welcome guests to the showroom and ensure a positive, professional experience. Monitor and manage the phone system, including call queue statistics and operator inquiries. Complete vehicle licensing and registration accurately and on time; maintain demo and company vehicle records. Manage new and used vehicle stocking, inventory accuracy, and online listings. Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.

Lincoln Concierge Duties:



Act as the primary contact for Lincoln clients for all sales and service needs. Ensure dealership compliance with all elements of the Lincoln Commitment Program (LCP), including Foundational Elements, Effortless Client Privileges, and Dedicated Certified Staffing. Coordinate daily LCP Effortless Client Privileges:

Lincoln Wash

- work with Lot Maintenance/Detail Supervisor.

Pick-up and Delivery

- schedule drivers, confirm times, addresses, and client concerns.

Loaners

- ensure vehicles are washed, fueled, warmed, and agreements completed. Schedule and confirm Lincoln service appointments; make reminder calls, verify concerns, confirm parts availability, and update CRM with guest information and preferred contact method (text/email/call). Communicate Lincoln Highlights and Client privileges statistics during Friday morning rally (ie Lincoln wash/Pickup and delivery/loaner vs Lincoln Objectives). Attend monthly dealer activation calls and Lincoln meetings (virtual and in-person). Complete and remain current with Lincoln Concierge training. Conduct client follow-up process (CRM-generated lists), including 6-month maintenance service reminders. Daily follow up on Text Alerts or Hot Alerts Introduce yourself to potential Lincoln purchasers and explain the benefits of "the concierge" role Follow up with Lincoln vehicle deliveries to ensure satisfaction. Assist with Lincoln marketing activities, events, and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (dealership experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license.
