Lincoln Concierge
, you are the personal connection between our clients and our dealership, ensuring every visit is smooth, effortless, and tailored to their needs. Your role is not just about handling transactions--it's about creating experiences. Whether it's scheduling a service appointment, arranging a Lincoln Loaner, or providing post-service follow-ups, you are the key to making every customer interaction feel exceptional.
A Day in the Life:
You start the morning by reviewing the day's client visits, ensuring that every detail is in place for a
seamless
experience. You reach out to confirm appointments, offering valet services or loaner vehicles where needed.
When a client arrives, you greet them warmly, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask. Whether they're in for routine service or picking up their new Lincoln, you ensure their experience is effortless and enjoyable.
You keep in touch with clients throughout the day, updating them on their vehicle's progress and addressing any questions with professionalism and care.
After service is complete, you follow up to make sure everything was perfect and invite them back for future exclusive Lincoln events.
You work closely with the sales and service teams, keeping customer preferences updated in our system so we can continually personalize their experience.
Throughout it all, you're a trusted guide--helping clients navigate their ownership journey with ease and confidence.
