Being in the LINC program, the instructor will use PBLA methodology to assess CLB levels. Successful applicants must be able to develop both regular LINC and employment focused curriculum to help students create a portfolio of evidence. Must be able to teach all aspects of English language acquisition within employment attainment and sustainment goals. All classes are in the Blended format, consisting of in person, Zoom or BBB and online using the Avenue platform. To be considered, applicants must currently hold a LearnIT2Teach Stage 3 certificate and be actively using Stage 3 materials in class OR have equivalent Online teaching experience. This position is for a LINC, CLB stage 2 evening class and a Saturday class.
