About Us

Lil' Champs FC is an exciting new youth soccer program designed for children ages

18 months - 14 years old

. Our mission is to create a fun, positive, and development-focused environment where kids can build confidence, learn soccer skills, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, engaging, and structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 18 months - 14 years. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Communicate with parents before and after classes about child progress. Follow the Lil' Champs FC curriculum and lesson plans. Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset at every session. Help with evalaution process

Requirements

No prior coaching experience required

- training is provided. Must enjoy working with children and bring creativity, patience, and energy to every class. Available to work

(Wednesday & Friday 5pm, Saturday & Sunday mornings 9am, 10am, 11am)

. Ability to commit to 10-13 week sessions (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Term 4). Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable and consistent attendance.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare). 3+ years of experience with children (preferred but not required).

Schedule

Class Times are:

Wednesday & Friday 11am-11:50am, 5pm-5:50pm, Saturday & Sunday mornings 9am-9:50am, 10am-10:50am, 11am-11:50am

. Opportunities for additional shifts during the week as the program expands
