These lighting systems are
electrical plug-in systems

no wiring, box modifications, or electrical tickets
are required. All work is completed using existing homeowner outlets and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Install holiday and seasonal
plug-in lighting systems
on residential homes
Work safely on ladders and elevated areas
Use basic tools (drills, cutters, pliers, clips, cords)
Troubleshoot customer-supplied lights (functionality, compatibility, safe installation)
Install commercial-grade lighting, clip-based systems, and outdoor plug-in setups
Measure, cut, and secure lighting to rooflines, gutters, and architectural features
Work with a partner for safe ladder handling
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Optional: Assist with light takedown in January
Optional: Additional contract work available with our painting division
What We're Looking For
Subcontractors
with valid
insurance
and
WCB coverage
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with basic tools
Experience with
Govee lights, commercial-grade clip lighting, or exterior lighting systems
is a strong asset
Prior exterior, trades, landscaping, roofing, or construction experience an advantage
Able to work outdoors in winter conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Able to lift 40-50 lbs
Able to send invoices and handle weekly payment cycles
Schedule
Seasonal contract work during the winter months
