Job Description

Overview

We are seeking multiple installers/installation crews to bring on preferably full time but could be part time as well (will need to work full days though, can't be half days). Seeking installers with previous experience installing permanent lighting as we have limited training capacity right now during peak demand season.

We currently have enough to work to add 3-4 more crews full time for the rest of November and December, and will be interested in keeping the best of those crews on full time year round into the new year, if they are interested. The pay is $4/LF per crew, and we pay the day the job is completed, per job.

Duties

Pickup Materials from shop location in mornings, with job diagram and instructions. Drive to job site and install job per scope and instructions provided. Use ladders, tools and equipment necessary to complete the job safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation. Communicate with Production Manager if require assistance with anything during/between jobs.

Experience

As of this fall, we are not looking to take on new/inexperienced installers as we don't have the capacity to train them while we are so busy. We will be willing to take on and train new installers come January when the demand has cooled off slightly.
