About This Opportunity:
We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of customer value and revenue impact-a marketer who knows that a great lifecycle strategy doesn't just nurture customers; it drives business growth.
As our Lifecycle & Expansion Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that build engagement, accelerate expansion, and even boost new business pipeline. You'll design journeys that make every touchpoint count, turning insights, data, and behaviour into campaigns that deliver real impact.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" kind of job. You'll experiment, optimize, and collaborate across teams to make lifecycle marketing one of our biggest growth levers. You'll partner closely with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Ops to connect the dots between customer experience and business results.
