WHO YOU ARE:



You believe in the power of visual storytelling and creative expression. You're a strategic and dynamic Marketing leader who gets excited by driving customer engagement, traffic and revenue across the entire business ecosystem.

You can balance strategic communications and and tactical lifecycle marketing, with experienced oversight of CRM, loyalty, and organic social media campaigns.

You're a data wizard who can manage customer segmentation, automated workflows and cross-channel content alignment in collaboration across eCommerce, IT and Creative Agency teams for cohesive campaign delivery. And you're also really excited to make your mark by launching and maintaining a Henry's Loyalty Program!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



Be the Lifecycle Strategist



You'll own the complete customer journey from first contact to loyal advocate. You'll own and manage the content calendar for email, loyalty and organic social media From crafting compelling email campaigns to building and launching Henry's new loyalty program, you'll create meaningful connections that keep our creative community engaged and coming back. You'll analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click through, conversion, unsubscribe, ROI etc) , documentation and test results, and optimize insights for future planning.

Master Multi-Channel Engagement



Whether it's developing automated email flows, managing our organic social presence, or ensuring seamless CRM integration that's synced across platforms, you'll orchestrate campaigns that resonate across every digital touchpoint. You'll work closely with creative agencies, our marketing team, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences. You'll oversee community engagement on social channels including organic social and content creation.

Drive Innovation & Performance



Bring your strategic mindset to optimize customer data, implement A/B testing strategies, and explore new lifecycle journeys to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. From segmentation and automation to performance analytics and loyalty program optimization, you'll continuously elevate our customer engagement strategies. You will stay on top of trends to identify tools, features and platforms that enhance customer journey through email, social or CRM improvements that stay competitive and customer-centric

Lead & Collaborate



You'll work with a cross functional team as you develop, launch and manage the Henry's Loyalty Program -- an incredible opportunity to be part of the build! Collaborate seamlessly with eCommerce, IT, and creative teams. You'll be the primary liaison with our Creative Agency, ensuring all campaigns align with brand goals and business priorities including asset planning and execution across email and social. You'll collaborate with merchandising and product teams to align lifecycle and social content with business priorities, supporting in-store and vendor marketing campaigns through aligned digital communications and tracking.

WHAT YOU BRING:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM/email marketing, loyalty program development, and social media management. Proficient in CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, tagging, and analytics. Experience using loyalty program tools. Proficient with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Familiarity with design collaboration and briefing via Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (collaborative use with Creative teams). Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and UTM tracking for performance measurement. Comfortable with A/B testing tools and campaign reporting dashboards Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Strong organizational and communication skills with a strategic, data-driven, and performance-focused mindset Ability to brief and collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and brand standards. Strong grasp of email/SMS accessibility best practices, mobile-first design, and data privacy compliance (e.g., CASL, GDPR, PIPEDA). Bonus points if you have knowledge and passion for digital imaging and content creation!
