What You'll Do

Build strong client relationships through transparent, needs-based conversations Recommend tailored life insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life coverage Educate clients on budgeting, saving, retirement planning, and risk management strategies Provide consistent, client-focused guidance at every stage of life Maintain accurate, compliant records in our digital CRM system Stay current on evolving products, regulatory updates, and market trends Identify opportunities to create additional long-term financial value for clients

What You Bring

Active LLQP license and authorization to work in Newfoundland & Labrador 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or related services A client-first, relationship-focused mindset rooted in integrity Strong communication skills with a compassionate, professional approach Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual tools, and digital platforms A proactive, growth-oriented attitude and a passion for helping families succeed
