What You'll Do
Engage clients in thoughtful, goal-driven conversations
Recommend tailored life insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life
Simplify complex financial topics such as savings, retirement planning, and risk management
Foster long-term relationships built on transparency, education, and consistent support
Maintain accurate, compliant records using CRM systems and digital workflows
Stay up to date on products, regulations, and industry trends
Identify opportunities to expand financial literacy and holistic client guidance
What You Bring
Active LLQP license and authorization to work in Nova Scotia
3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or related fields
A client-first, consultative approach rooted in empathy and integrity
Excellent communication skills with the ability to make financial concepts clear and accessible
Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping others succeed
