What You'll Be Doing
Hold discovery conversations to uncover clients' financial needs, life goals, and family priorities
Provide personalized insurance recommendations across term, whole life, and universal life products
Educate clients on key financial concepts like risk management, wealth protection, and retirement planning
Cultivate long-standing client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and support
Use CRM and digital tools to manage records and streamline communication
Keep current on industry updates, new product offerings, and compliance changes
Identify opportunities to broaden your financial guidance through adjacent services
What You Bring to the Role
A valid
LLQP license
and legal authorization to work in
Nova Scotia
3+ years
of experience in life insurance, financial planning, or advisory work
A relationship-first, consultative sales approach with a track record of integrity and results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Digital fluency with CRM systems and virtual client tools
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and desire to help others succeed
