Your Role & Impact

This role is about more than closing sales--it's about opening important conversations. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide families through key life decisions with clarity, care, and purpose. Supported by warm leads, smart digital tools, and a collaborative culture, you'll be equipped to grow both your career and your impact.

What You'll Do

Lead discovery conversations to understand each client's unique goals, values, and financial situation Recommend customized insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life Break down financial concepts like risk management, retirement planning, and saving strategies Build long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and ongoing support Maintain accurate, compliant records using digital CRM systems and virtual tools Keep up with industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements Identify opportunities to expand your support through holistic financial guidance

What You Bring

Valid LLQP license and authorization to work in Nova Scotia At least 3 years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or a related field A relationship-first, consultative mindset with a strong sense of service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM systems and confidence using virtual engagement platforms A self-starter mentality with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
