You'll help clients secure what matters most--from protecting income and family to planning for retirement and long-term growth. What You'll Be Doing

Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations and financial assessments Recommend tailored insurance solutions, including

term

whole life

universal life

coverage Educate clients on core financial concepts such as saving, retirement, and risk management Provide clear, honest, and consistent support across every stage of the client journey Use digital CRM systems to manage client records and ensure compliance Stay current on evolving industry trends, product updates, and regulatory guidelines Identify opportunities to broaden your support through additional financial services

What You Bring

A valid

LLQP license

and legal authorization to work in

Newfoundland & Labrador

Minimum

3 years of experience

in insurance sales, financial services, or planning A relationship-first approach with a track record of consultative sales success Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional presence Proficiency with

CRM systems

and digital tools for virtual client engagement A motivated, growth-oriented mindset and passion for helping others
